Zinsser Peel Stop Binding Sealer helps restore and extended the life of problem surfaces both inside and outside of the home. Water-based formula seeps into paint cracks, peels and chalky finishes to bind surfaces and glue down peeling edges. Primer can be top coated with any alkyd or latex paint once dry.
- Use to prime chalky or peeling interior and exterior surfaces
- Water-based formula glues down peeling edges, binds cracks and seals chalky surfaces
- Dries to the touch in 30 minutes and covers between 300-400 sq. ft. per gallon
- Creates a uniform flat-finish surface ideal for top coating
