This is an all natural fruit wine base made with real fruit juice, and crafted from the same formulations used by commercial wineries. This 1 gallon of wine base makes five gallons of fruit wine at 10% ABV. It is easy and convenient to make, requiring no PH adjustments and no acid adjustments. Simply dilute one gallon of wine base with four gallons of clean water, pitch yeast, and stir.
