Vintage Japanese Old Imari Ware Blue Hand Painted Flowers Shallow Tea Bowl. No makers mark on the back.
Measures approx 5 1/4 inches diameter x 1 1/8 inches tall.
Our family lived in Taiwan and Korea in the mid to late 1970's where we acquired many beautiful vintage and antique porcelain pieces. This pretty plate was purchased by us in Asia, hence the lack of a maker's mark on the back as it was not made to be imported into North America.
This bowl has been lovingly cared for by our family all these years, although it does show some wear in the center of the bowl that was there when it was purchased in the 70's.
