Vintage Household Institute Cooking Utensils roaster is heavy duty and a nice to add to any collection.
Super design with attached side handles, this pan was made in the 1930's or early 40's. Made from cast aluminum which conducts heat exceptionally well, this is solid, seamless, with no plating to wear off.
A much sought after brand, this is a very indestructible and versatile, cooking workhorse. Made for stove top, oven, or camping. Use for roasts, soups/stews, etc.
In excellent used vintage condition. Very clean, bottom sits flatly so there is no wobble. No pitting. Would work well on the new flat top stove surfaces. Ready to use.
The bottom of the reads: "Household Institute Cooking Utensils Aluminum" with an I over an H logo in the middle. These pans have a fine following for their artistic design and function.
