Vintage Chunky Egyptian Blue Beaded Necklace With Felted Beads Egyptian revival style beaded necklace.
The necklace alternates between round felt balls in varying shades of grey and teal, and irregularly shaped beads with a crackled, aged appearance. The beads which appear to be wood, are primarily in shades of beige and teal, complementing the felt balls. The necklace is secured with a toggle clasp.
Not sure of the age of this one - likely to be a tourist piece mid 20th century?
beads - rough edges, part glazed. Have a handmade look - not perfect,with irregular finish in shape and color adding to it’s uniqueness.
