The NU2U* pure 3/16 carbon steel turntable is an ideal way to safely and efficiently rotate pots, pans, ovenware, skillets and more when using your wood style oven for cooking. Supplied with the NU2U* turning tool, this 10 inch carbon steel disc which is toothed to provide easy rotation with the tool from both the top of the disc and the bottom. The integrated base plate with front bent leading edge allows for easy installation and removal after use. The Lazy Pizzaiolo is also ideal for use in your home oven, wood fired ovens. Cook better and more efficiently with the NU2U* "Lazy Pizzaiolo" turn table and avoid burning food on the back side and having raw and undercooked foods on the front. Complete the unit weighs in at 4.45 Kg and the disc diameter is 10" or 25.4 cm and is sold complete with 12" inch #304 Food grade NU2U stainless steel turning tool. Fits all ovens with mouth opening of 30 cm or 11.75 inches.
