The Triplett Model CTT42 Coating Thickness Tester uses smart automatic recognition of ferrous (magnetic induction) and non-ferrous (eddy current measurement) substrates. Ideal for paint shops and electroplaters, chemical, automobile, shipbuilding, and aircraft industries. Use in the laboratory, workshop, or field. It has an easy-to-use menu, 8 level adjustable backlight, user-programmable high/low alarms, min/max/average, two point calibration with Zero adjust, two measuring modes (single, continuous), and two working modes (direct and group). Built-in memory stores up to 400 readings (80 direct and 320 group). Readings can be transfered to a PC via the USB interface. Includes two AAA batteries, USB cable, Calibration Iron, Calibration Aluminum, Precision Standards, and pouch case. 1-year warranty.
