With wind and water-resistant fleece exterior, Powderfill insulated interlining and anti-pill fleece lined interior, toddler car coat is one coat with two styles and functions. Designed to grow with your children from newborn to 4+ years of age, it can be worn as a traditional winter coat when the full length open ended zippers along each sleeve are closed, or as a poncho when the zippered sleeves are opened up. This unique poncho feature allows this coat to be safely tented over the car seat in accordance with the car seat safety regulations.
