This Standard U-Channel Sign Post comes with pre-drilled holes making it easy to position sign properly. Posts weigh 1.12 pounds per linear foot. Our 8 feet Tall Baked Enamel Steel Post is ideal for signs that are 12 x 18 inches or smaller. Post stays 6 1/2 feet above ground after installation (Government regulations usually require signs to be placed 5 feet off the ground, so these make compliance easy). Thick enamel coating prevents rusting, chips and damage from weather. U channel post is NCHRP 350 compliant and approved for use nationwide.
