Our SS-900 series, a compact tabletop model, seals heat-sensitive film onto preformed trays or containers, creating a tamper-evident, stay-fresh seal. It seals and die-cuts the film around the container for a clean, attractive finish. Temperature and sealing time can be adjusted based on the tray type and material. Upon loading a tray, a sensor detects it, automatically advancing it into the sealing area to initiate the cycle. Inside, a pneumatic cylinder applies seal pressure, die-cutting around the tray, leaving no scrap. The sealing fixture then moves outward, allowing tray removal, and the film advances for the next package. This machine ensures each tray compartment is separately sealed. Tooling changeover is easy, enabling operators to run different trays effortlessly.
