This self-adhesive asphalt shingle features a six-layer composite structure and a wind resistance rating of up to level 11. It has a lifespan exceeding 50 years, boasts vibrant colors that are virtually fade-resistant, and offers waterproofing, heat insulation, flame retardancy, and noise reduction. It employs a staggered installation method, requiring the first layer to be laid upside down and secured with steel nails. Suitable for concrete, glass, wood, and metal surfaces and roofs with angles from 0-90°, it is an ideal choice for villas, hotels, restaurants, residences, and commercial buildings.Installation Instructions:1. When installing on roofs with a base of corrugated steel sheets, concrete, or wood panels, nails are required for fixing. When installing in a sunroom, such as a glass roof, simply adhere the tiles directly to the surface.2. To ensure a leak-proof finish, a layer of tiles must be laid along the ridge in the center of the roof after the initial tiling. You can easily use this by cutting a single, complete tile into three even pieces. 21 shingles can cover approximately 9 meters of ridge.3. Because the tiles are made of asphalt, they will adhere even better after being exposed to sunlight for a few days after installation.4. When installing on a roof or slope, the first layer of tiles should be laid upside down and aligned with the eaves, secured with steel nails (usually 4-6 nails per tile), with the nail heads flush with the tile surface.5. We only sell shingles; therefore, nails are not included in the packaging.6. Please refer to the product details images for the correct placement of the shingles with nails.7. We have a version specifically designed for installation in sunrooms and on corrugated steel panels, where the entire back of the tile is covered with hot melt adhesive (the default version only covers 60% of the back). • Multi-layered Structure: This self-adhesive asphalt shingle is an "upgraded version" of traditional asphalt shingles. It is made of six layers, including a high-temperature calcined colored sand layer, two layers of asphalt, a quartz sand layer, a fiberglass layer, and a bottom layer of heat-adhesive adhesive. Its wind resistance rating far exceeds that of ordinary shingles, reaching level 11.
• Long Lifespan: We refuse to use inferior materials; this asphalt shingle has a lifespan of over 50 years. It has advantages such as waterproofing, heat insulation, and flame retardancy. After installation, it can reduce outdoor noise and keep the indoor environment warm in winter and cool in summer. Its colors are vibrant and beautiful, and it hardly fades; even after 30 years of use, the fading will not exceed 10%.
• Easy Installation: Roof Tiles use a staggered (half-piece offset) installation method. When installing on a roof or slope, the first layer of shingles needs to be laid upside down and aligned with the eaves, and fixed with ordinary steel nails (usually 4 nails are needed per shingle; please refer to our detailed diagram for nail placement), installing from the eaves towards the roof. Note: We only sell asphalt shingles; nails must be prepared separately.
