- Multi-layered Structure: This self-adhesive asphalt shingle is an "upgraded version" of traditional asphalt shingles. It is made of six layers, including a high-temperature calcined colored sand layer, two layers of asphalt, a quartz sand layer, a fiberglass layer, and a bottom layer of heat-adhesive adhesive. Its wind resistance rating far exceeds that of ordinary shingles, reaching level 11.
- Long Lifespan: We refuse to use inferior materials; this asphalt shingle has a lifespan of over 50 years. It has advantages such as waterproofing, heat insulation, and flame retardancy. After installation, it can reduce outdoor noise and keep the indoor environment warm in winter and cool in summer. Its colors are vibrant and beautiful, and it hardly fades; even after 30 years of use, the fading will not exceed 10%.
- Easy Installation: Roof Tiles use a staggered (half-piece offset) installation method. When installing on a roof or slope, the first layer of shingles needs to be laid upside down and aligned with the eaves, and fixed with ordinary steel nails (usually 4 nails are needed per shingle; please refer to our detailed diagram for nail placement), installing from the eaves towards the roof. Note: We only sell asphalt shingles; nails must be prepared separately.
- Coverage Area: The size of a single tile is 100x32.5cm. 21 Pcs of asphalt shingles can cover 3.1㎡/33.368 sq ft. It is perfect for aesthetically pleasing and easy-to-install pitched roof structures, such as high-end villas, hotels, cabins, shopping malls, and any modern public buildings.
- Widely Applicable: Our Asphalt shingles with Hot Melt Adhesive Layer can be installed on concrete roofs, glass roofs, timber roofs, and metal panel roofs. It is ideal for renovating or refurbishing new roofs and is suitable for flat or pitched surfaces with angles of 0-90°. Note: It is not suitable for curved surfaces such as spherical structures.
