Amazing vintage Renoir copper jewelry parure called Ebony Lace & consisting of a necklace, bracelet & clip-on earrings.
The set is made up of shadowbox square links with lacy, openwork edges. The black shadowing inside each link gives the illusion of more depth. The links are 3/4 x 3/4 .
The necklace is 16 long. The two squares on either side of the foldover clasp are marked Renoir in script & PAT. PEND.
The backs of the links have wear & dullness to the finish.
The bracelet is 7 3/4 long. The finish on the back is in better shape than the necklace, but there's a black spot on one of the links & smaller ones on a couple of the other links. It's also marked Renoir .
The earrings are also marked & have silver colored clips.
Overall, this mid-century set is in very good condition with wear commensurate with its age. It could also use a cleaning if you wish - looks like there's some grayish residue here & there as if someone used polish.
