• Our new Lonestar exclusive Premium Leatherette is 30% thicker and 100% more reliable than typical leatherette found on the market today. Through extensive testing and manufacturing improvements, we have constructed a laser-friendly leatherette you can truly trust!
• These faux leather patches come in an array of colors to match any request your customer throws at you. Shipped ready to use these patches are backed by the industry leading thermal activated adhesive Durra-Bull.
• Premium Leatherette is approximately .059" / 1.5mm thick. Patch size varies based on which size you choose. Item comes with a perfectly sized jig to make repeat jobs easy and precise.
• For best results, engrave with as little air as possible, while turning it back on for the cutting phase. Clean remaining char (many use a degreaser) and an old toothbrush. You can find a list of suggested settings with the product upon arrival.
