3 laptops are inoperable, atleast for me due to being completely locked by dhl. maybe you can get into one of them, or all of them if you’re smarter than me when it comes to this stuff. the Chromebook works well, but can’t run exe programs or download certain items. the pc also works fine, however it says Ethernet cable is needed to connect to internet. once again might be fixable if you’re just smarter than me. the monitor works 100% and has no problems. items will be shipped in a mint condition box and will have had pictures taken of items in the box and the box itself after being prepared for shipment. anything that happens after being shipped out is not any fault of mine. consult with the shipment company used for shipment if there are any problems with delivery.
