Re-capped, replaced old thermal pads and installed Retrogem. Fully functioning. See pics.
Cleaned internally from dust and debris. Cleaned all contact points (cartridge slot and jumper slot). I polished up the heat shield, which had some slight rust to it. The board itself was free of defects with the exception of some corrosion from a leaking capacitor. I replaced all the electrolytic capacitors with ceramic, so there is no need to replace them in the future. I also replaced the old thermal pads and replaced them with new ones (1 mm Arctic TP-3).
Console comes with an HDMI cable, and OEM controller, with 9/10 stick and an original power supply.
