The Tough version is especially suitable for use on titanium materials, nickel and cobalt-based alloys as well as for the machining of hardened steel components and coating welding. The machining tasks include grinding repair welds as well as reworking on turbine blades during aircraft maintenance and the regrinding of repair welds in tool and mould construction. // Contents: 1 piece each: cylinder shape 02x05, 03x06, 04x08, 05x10, 06x13, 08x16, 13x03, 20x06, ball shape ø 03, ø 06, ø 08, pointed arch shape 03x06, 04x08, 06x13. 08x1 6. Design: ceramic binding, corundum mixture of ceramic grain and white precious corundum. Shaft diameter: 3 mm. Machinable materials: hardened, tempered steels over 1,200 N/mm² (> 38 HRC), titanium alloys, titanium, high temperature resistant materials, nickel and cobalt base alloys. Suitable tool drives: B. Straight grinders. Recommended use: Tough grinding pins achieve their best performance at a cutting speed of 30 to 50 m/s. // Safety instructions: The maximum permissible speed refers to the open shaft length of 10 mm.
