Peachtree Woodworking Supply Box Joint Router Bit with Brass Setup Bar(not Included)

The Peachtree Dovetail Jig (NOT included and sold separately) comes with a standard router bit set for working with stock from 5/8” in thickness to ¾” in thickness. However, a unique feature of the Peachtree Dovetail Jig is that it can be used to make wonderful looking box joints too!

• The Peachtree Dovetail Jig (NOT included and sold separately) comes with a standard router bit set for working with stock from 5/8” in thickness to ¾” in thickness. However, a unique feature of the Peachtree Dovetail Jig is that it can be used to make wonderful looking box joints too!
• To do this, we have made a box joint bit specifically designed for the Peachtree Dovetail Jig system. We have also included a brass setup for making the joint offsets match perfectly every time!
• The box joint bit is 9/16” in diameter and is designed for the perfect cutting depth for use with the Peachtree Dovetail Jig (NOT included).
• The brass bar is used to for setting up the opposing piece of stock when cutting box joints. It is the exactly width of the box joint bit that is included in this set. This ensures that your box joints will always fit perfectly each and every time!
• The setup bar is made from solid brass. The reason for the brass setup bar is that it won’t damage the router bit when it is needed for setup. The brass setup bar has its exact dimensions scribed on to one side of the bar so you can use it when you need the exact same setup size for other projects or applications.
