KH Booster A specially developed product to increase carbonate hardness for use in marine and freshwater aquariums. Contains a selected blend of different carbonate hardness increasers for quick and safe use in the aquarium to ensure optimal nitrification and healthy coral growth. Functions and other benefits:- Fast and safe increase of carbonate hardness. - Delivers the fuel of bacteria important for nitrification. - Supports coral growth - In the process of nitrification, the bacteria can break down the dangerous ammonium/ammonia only at a sufficiently high value of carbonate hardness, which should have at least a value of 3dH° in fresh water and 8dH° in sea water.
