It does not have the changing mat, and the only signs of use is the padded shoulder strap; top quilted section is perfect, the leather underside is worn in a couple small areas as shown in the last photo. Numerous pockets and magnetic closures. Areas made specifically to attach to a stroller or any other item to free hands up. Can be carried as a crossbody or purse style. There is a mesh compartment in the front with extra storage space separate from the inner diaper bag. This style of diaper bag is highly sought after and frankly the Cadillac of diaper bags.
