Pattern is named after the 25th President William McKinley of the United States.
Its stunning cream, enamel background with delicate colors of blush pink, blue grays, yellow’s, white and peach floral with one beautiful bird perched on branch.
The top and the base is bordered with blue-gray and painted gold trim as well with raised pearl/white enamel dots intertwined with sporadic Celtic nuts.
This base is stunning and imperfect condition.
