This plate carrier is made by London Bridge Trading and is used by many special forces, including the NAVY SEALs. Its compact design doesn't hinder movement while worn, and incorporates a great deal of feedback from actual combat situations.
Extensive MOLLE webbing allows for pouch layouts to suit the situation. Shoulder pads, cable guides, Velcro space, and two radio pouches are already included, so attaching magazine pouches for ammunition is enough to provide sufficient functionality.
Plates are not included, but cushioning material (not soft armor) is inserted in the front and back.
