The coating, like all Lagostina non-stick coatings, is safe as it is free of PFOA, cadmium and lead and is easy to clean. The Mediterranean kitchen has a dimensionally stable base made of stainless steel and aluminium, which allows perfect heat distribution to all heat sources including induction. The pan is equipped with thermal signal, the unique Lagostina technology: when you reach 180°, the colour of the stamp changes in the middle and indicates the right time to start cooking.
