In this book, we analyze the methodology of radicalization and indoctrination in terrorism and espionage of the new Puerto Rican generations against the United States by the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico (hereinafter INTER). We apply Van Dijk's critical discourse analysis theory to conduct the analysis. The selection responds to his focus on the study of ideologies and social cognition to explain the mechanisms of discursive control and to declare itself opposed to the use and abuse of power through language to achieve cognitive manipulation. The theory is applied to the corpus, a video published by the America TeVe channel of the celebration in Puerto Rico of Puerto Rican spy Ana Belén Montes, sentenced to 20 years in prison for murdering CIA agents, and Puerto Rican terrorist Oscar López Rivera, sentenced to 35 years in prison for planting bombs in New York and Chicago, along with material published by INTER on its academic trips to Russia and Cuba. Other factors are analyzed, such as 60% of the population living in poverty, the closure of 780 schools, the genocide of 4,645 Puerto Ricans according to Harvard, and Islamic intelligence operations in Latin American universities to radicalize the population, according to expert Emmanuel Ottolenghi. The conclusions confirm the hypothesis about the structure and functioning of the INTER as a Communist Party called the New Progressive Party (PNP) in charge of the Government of Puerto Rico and its operation of radicalization and support for terrorism against the United States for its own financial benefit under a contradictory double standard: anti-American pro statehood and the creation of poverty as a form of socio-political control to get millions of dollards from the US Government for their personal benefit.
