To remove the original door pins and bushes, you'll need to drill out the rivet head. It's crucial to peen or hammer the bushes and pins into place; merely sliding them into the hinges won't keep them secure. Before installation, remember to grease the pins. Post-installation, the door might initially be tight to open or close, but it will loosen as the bushes and pins wear in.
