My handmade blue Midnight Fairy is a one of a kind dress that will surely stand out at any event. The bodice is fully lined and stretchy. The moon and starts were custom made and fixed to the bodice. This beauty is made up of several shades of blue tulle with gold and silver metallic star printed organza. The skirt is lovely and full as you can see from the images. Leggings or tights are recommended as the tutu is unlined. Add wings to instantly transform this into a fairy costume.
