Green bonnet vase/ planter/makeup holder

Classic Velco Planter/vase in the figure of a young blonde haired woman with bangs wearing a green hat and bright red lipstick.
I fondly regard her as a mini Taylor Swift (the only figure of her is a wax figure in Germany).
I’m very happy to have come across it in storage. Almost like a “surviving time piece”.
It is intact in color and appearance for a 70 year old vintage item.
A marking on her chin was there when found…

I already looked it up and this vase is the last of its kind for this “Taylor Swift” look-alike! Hence the value marked.

Reason for selling: down sizing! I am not a Swiftie, but I do think she is a precious person and this vase can find a home with an appreciative fan!
