I have confirmed that everything is working and you can take pictures without any problems.
Power on is OK. Shutter (low speed, high speed, and bulb), and the exposure meter have all been tested and are working.
Regarding the optics, there is some mold on the lens, and what appears to be mold and clouding in the viewfinder.
The lens and the focusing helix next to the viewfinder are working well, and there is no oil stain on the aperture blades.
No double image issues. The light seals have been replaced.
