The Fujitsu ScanSnap Scanner iX500 is a scanner that can send scans via Wi-Fi to an iOS or Android mobile device that has the free ScanSnap Connect Application installed. It can also send scans to various cloud services, such as Dropbox and Evernote. The scanner is capable of 25ppm (pages per minute), but some timed tests show it to be much faster.
