The purpose of a third edition is to fit all of the material of the Part 1 Part 2 second edition in to one volume, thereby reducing the cost of the tome. To accompish that, about 100 pictures were reduced in size by 50%. We also removed the nicities of white pages before Chatpters Titles and took a few extrainious pages out, which gave us the new 550 page limitiation. The valuable, exact measurements, diagram pages are completely intact. All other previous material is present. I am forever at a loss for the reviewers who cannot follow the timeline of the book. This is a study of the Soviet and Russian space effort from 1940 to 2040- with the N1 as its Pole Star, as it says on the cover. There is an exhaustive Table of Contents and six pages of Soviet Russian American Time Line Charts. The develpement of the Soviet moon effort of the N1 is augmented by the parallel development of the UR-500. We further added the Roskosmos plans for the Moon and Mars thru 2040, as we had access to the Roskosmos Enyclopedia, as stated. All of this is in chronological order. We preserved the three chapters written by our Russian friends from the first edition. We added the invaluable material from Charles P. Vick, as stated, at the end. I even start with an explantory page documenting the massive parrallel developments performed by the Soviets. If anything, we deserve an award for the Time Line Production. All of the minute N1 measurements and data from 2013 are preserved at the end, as stated. I invite any interested reader to dive into the maelstrom of Soviet space history with us. The material and data in this book is one-of-a-kind and locked in time forever as the war in Ukrain has severed all further development and investigation. This is the third edition of the exhaustive N1 Reference Book featuring Alex Shliadinsky and Nick Stevens along with Igor Bezyaev, Vladimir Antipov, Pavel Shubin and Jack Hagerty. Legendary Image Analyst Charles P. Vick served as Technical Advisor. This book explores the Soviet and Russian effort to reach the moon in 1969 and their continued efforts to reach Mars and beyond with an evermore efficient version of the N1. With access to the Roskosmos Encyclopedia that showed the Russian plans for work in space up to the year 2040, the volume is a complete analysis of their work with the N1 Superbooster as the pole star.
