• EASY OPERATION: Do not install while engine is running; ensure wheel is turned completely to one direction. To install the wheel to pedal lock, hook the brake pedal arm(s) with the "J" shaped half, facing the side with multiple holes towards you. Slide upper locking half through the steering wheel, straddling the webbing arm at 6 o'clock. Guide the upper half to receive the lower "J" half. Depress the locking button, aligning the pin with the hole. Test for snug fit, adjust if necessary.
