The Command Crawler, a multi-legged vehicle, is designed to transport a Ghar Commander into battle. Like other Ghar machines, it's a primitive contraption powered by a volatile plasma reactor, which bathes the machine and its occupants in an eerie blue glow that lingers for hours after disembarking.The Crawler's primary function is to enable its Commander to direct battlefield operations from the safety of its heavy metallic armored shells and magnetic shielding protecting the open crew compartments.However, Ghar communications being primitive and uncertain, often Commanders find themselves in the thick of the fighting, necessitating suitable armaments. The Command Crawler is heavily armed, carrying two Scourer Cannons capable of firing concentrated plasma bursts at armored enemies, scattering plasma widely over dispersed targets, and launching space-warping disruptor bombs using super-heated steam generated by mixing water with raw plasma.
