Size 1 100% cotton velvet burgundy toddler romper with intricate taffeta collar. Top of dress is gathered smocking front and back. 1 tag notes made in Spain and the other tag has a Rrsing sun symbol and LUZ , and also noted with Fait Main (handmade). Very good quality. These pictures do not do it justice it reminds me of something you would see a prince or princess wear. And it is heavy velvet. Not the cheap thin stuff
