MudWorks Pottery is designed and created in the small town of Effort, Pennsylvania. From the throwing of the clay on the wheel to the carving and painting, every step is done by hand. Their charming, and often whimsical, designs are lead-free and safe for use in the oven (with preheating), microwave, and dishwasher. Most motifs are available in a variety of configurations such as plates, trays, mugs, etc.Please keep in mind the spontaneous nature of handmade pottery. These items are hand-formed and kiln-firing creates variations in glaze color and texture. No two pieces are exactly alike, and you should expect some differences from the photos.
