Chevy Big Block Alternator Relocation Bracket (396-427-454 CID) MUST BE USED WITH PART NUMBER 454-ALTBRKT-HP-SWP When installing a short water pump into a 1970 or newer Chevy passenger car, this bracket will relocate the alternator bracket up near the valve cover and will give you enough clearance for A-arms in most applications. Designed for use with OEM or CVF Racing Short Water Pump pulleys. Mounts alternator on passenger side cylinder head and works great for all BBC engines including tall deck engines or applications and electric water pump. Use with Short Water Pump Pulleys.
