- The 2900 series 250 mm pastry knife / cake knife is specially designed for cut, section, and slice bases for cakes. It has a wide, firm and thin blade for cutting biscuits, cakes and pastries. It has a saw-shaped edge to prevent it from being damaged when cutting a slice of cake or cake.
- PRECISION AND DURABILITY: This cake knife is made using a stainless steel patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. Provides hygienic-sanitary control focused on European regulations. The union between the blade and the handle is permanent, due to the injection process.
