Stunning and hard to find antique Ridgway, Sparks & Ridgway Yeddo pattern oval serving platter Circa 1880’s. Beautiful oriental design with fun image of a terracotta pot being smashed open with a rock and fish pouring out.
Lovely colors. Very unusual print. Haven’t seen another like this.
Excellent condition considering its age, usual crazing, and age imperfections but no cracks, chips etc. really is a gorgeous piece and no other pieces the same pattern that I’ve seen online.. Just under 16” long and about 12.5” wide.
