This cast iron bank in the shape of the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia was made by the Arcade Mfg. Co. between 1925 and 1934. It has the coin slot on the top and a screw on the back for opening the bank. Embossed on the front is "Proclaim Liberty Throughout All The Land". I have lightened photo #3 so you can see the embossing. Originally this bank had a silver finish but it has rubbed off over the years. Now there is a thin, uniform layer of rust color. Size: 3½ in. wide x 3½ in. high. The bank is in very good condition (except as noted). The condition described is reflected in the price.
