Alta Pro 3VRL Platform 30 Flat Base for High Pro 3VRL Tripods

The Alta Pro 3VRL Platform 30 is an ideal accessory for the Alta Pro 3VRL tripod, as it allows you to use different applications of your tripod without replacing the head every time and keeping your gear ready to use at all times. Simply remove the removable hemisphere of your Alta Pro 3VRL tripod and insert the Alta Pro 3VRL Platform 30 base. It couldn't be easier! The lightweight flat aluminum platform has a 75mm base and weighs only 90g, with a reversible thread from 3/8" to 1/4" to attach any tripod head of your choice. Once you have attached the chosen head, simply tighten the pressure screws to ensure a tight fit and prevent the head from loosening during use. Please note that this platform does not have a leveling function, so you need to level your camera by adjusting the tripod legs or using the tripod head. For photography, we recommend using a two-axis ball head as you can level the camera in seconds and then adjust the pan or frame with the top axis.
