- Our Billet Fuel Cell Cap Assemblies are a unique answer to replacing your existing plastic fuel cell cap. These cap kits are designed as a direct replacement for any JAZ fuel cell with a 6-bolt, 4.438 in. bolt circle. They are CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum that is anodized for a trick look.
- Include stainless steel button-head allen bolts with nyloc nuts. Reuse the existing rubber gasket when installing the bolt-on flange.
- Top CAP OD: 4.07" (103.5mm); Base Mount OD: 5.23" (132.8mm); Base Mount Bolt Pattern: 4.43" (112.5mm); Base Mount Neck ID: 3" (76.4mm)
