This is a Levi's 505-0217 Big E. The red tab is a double-sided, uneven V, dating it to around 1966-1971. This is a Big E from the final period, similar to the double-name era before the 501xx became 501 and the early 66 Small e. The color remains rich, and the condition shows little damage.
These vintage denim jeans have a beautiful 505 silhouette that is easy to match with various styles.
