Dynaflux water dilutable synthetic cutting fluid is a oil-free synthetic formula maintains integrity under high pressures for better and longer lasting lubrication and cooling without smoking. For use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Cools the tool and cutting surface and minimizes heat distortion. Reduces abrasive wear prolonging tool life and yielding quality finishes. Will not gum or clog coolant lines. Nitrate-free formula prevents freezing of chucks and collets. Water dilution ratios and applications: heavy duty: 1:10 for broaching, tapping, threading, and gear shaving; medium duty: 1:20 for cutting, drilling, reaming, milling, boring, turning, planing, shaping and sawing; light duty: 1:30 for form and surface grinding.
