To produce different sizes of ground meat, it includes a 31⁄16-inch machine plate for fine results, a 5⁄16-inch plate to create medium-ground product, and a 3⁄8-inch plate for coarse ground meat. This piece of equipment features a forward and reverse switch to minimize jamming risk, a heavy-duty aluminum auger for smooth operation, a meat pusher for user safety, and an integrated circuit breaker to reduce the chance of the unit overheating during high-volume grinding. To fill sausage casings with ease and accuracy, it also comes with three sausage stuffing tubes.
